Responsibilities

- Conduct transportation planning studies, traffic analysis, and modeling
- Perform railway alignment investigations and design reviews
Requirements
- B.S. in Civil Engineering with emphasis on Transportation Engineering (M.S. preferred)
- Minimum 15 years of transportation/planning, traffic, highway design experience
- Knowledge in Transportation Management Systems and programs such as TransCAD, Vissim, SUMO, Invarion
- Experience in urban street design, roadway rehabilitation, railway engineering, and traffic engineering
- Fluent in Arabic and English both written and spoken
- Excellent managerial skills and technical communication skills

Qualifications
- B.S. in Civil engineering with emphasis on Transportation Engineering – Preferred M.S in Transportation Planning

- Knowledge in Transportation Management Systems and programs such as: Trans CAD, Vissim, SUMO, Invarion
- Experience in urban street design, roadway rehabilitation, railway engineering (long distance rail and metro), and traffic engineering with strong knowledge of transportation planning, modeling techniques, and infrastructure design standards
- Must be fluent in Arabic and English both written and spoken with excellent capability for managerial skills as well as oral and written technical communication skills
