- Prepare constraints mapping
- Prepare required documents such as categorical exclusions, environmental assessments, environmental impact studies and other technical reports
- Assist in preparation for and participate in public information meetings and hearings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Planning, Engineering or a related field
- A minimum of 10 years' experience with transportation planning
- Possess excellent analytical and communication skills
- Understanding of transit planning principles
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and personnel
- Solid business development skills; demonstrated ability to relate well to clients

Job Description

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Planning, Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience with transportation planning.

- Understanding of transit planning principles.
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and personnel.
- Solid business development skills; demonstrated ability to relate well to clients; and demonstrated presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters of Science Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 15 years design, planning, or traffic analysis experience.
- Experience designing, planning, or analyzing urban arterials, rural highways, intersections, freeways, and/or multi level interchanges.
- Experience with Traffic Impacts Studies.
- Experience with CAD software, Synchro and Vissim, Microsoft Office applications.
