- Manage stakeholder consultation programs and presentations
- Develop and oversee project budgets and ensure successful project delivery
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Mentor junior and intermediate staff
Requirements
- Degree in civil engineering
- Licensed as professional engineer in Ontario
- Minimum 15 years related work experience
- Proven experience with MTO environmental assessment process and preliminary/detail design
- Experience with alternative project delivery models
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications and Google Suite

What your day will look like
- Management of transportation engineering projects and multidisciplinary project teams
- Continuous development of technical expertise on transportation engineering projects
- Lead preparation of technical reports and studies
- Lead preparation of contract documentation
- Management and delivery of stakeholder consultation programs
- Provide regular communication with clients and oversee project budgets
- Prepare estimates and project proposals
- Take leading role in maintaining MTO client relationship
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Commit to self development and ongoing learning
- Input to career development of junior and intermediate staff
- Contribute to corporate profile through professional associations
What you will need to succeed
- Degree in civil engineering
- Licensed as professional engineer in Ontario
- Minimum 15 years related work experience
- Proven leadership and business development capabilities
- Proven experience with MTO environmental assessment process
- Previous experience with alternative project delivery models
- Demonstrated abilities in management and leadership of multidisciplinary project teams
- Exceptional abilities in project management
- Proven skills in public and agency consultation
- Proficiency using Microsoft Applications and Google Suite
- Strong verbal and writing skills
Compensation
- CAD 170,000/y CAD 220,000/y
