About the Role
Vmax is seeking a Senior Trade Sales Executive with a strong network of buyers across African markets to drive re-export sales. The role involves selling products to existing clients, managing end-to-end re-export operations, and ensuring compliance with Dubai Customs and Free Zone regulations.

Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and secure new buyers across African countries (Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, Tanzania, DRC, South Africa, etc.)
- Leverage existing network to sell product inventory and generate consistent re export volumes
- Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with African importers, distributors, and trading companies
- Manage end to end re export operations, including inbound, outbound, transfer, and re export processes within the Free Zone
- Prepare, review, and process all customs documentation, including customs declarations, invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin
- Ensure full compliance with Dubai Customs regulations, Free Zone rules (JAFZA/DAFZA), and UAE import/export laws
- Coordinate daily with Dubai Customs, Free Zone authorities, freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, and transport providers
- Obtain necessary No Objection Certificates (NOCs) from authorities like SIRA for restricted or sensitive goods
- Manage customs inspections, resolve declaration discrepancies, and handle penalties or compliance risks
- Track and update all shipment statuses and report to management
- Handle customs deposits, bank guarantees, and follow up on refunds for re export transactions
Requirements
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience in logistics, customs clearance, or operations within a Dubai Free Zone
- Strong knowledge of Dubai Customs procedures, Mirsal II system, and Free Zone regulations (e.g., JAFZA, DAFZA)
- In depth understanding of re export, transit, and temporary admission procedures
- Experience with import/export documentation and HS tariff codes
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field (preferred)
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
