- Coordinate with government departments (MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, etc.) for timely approvals
- Greet and assist walk in clients with typing and government service needs
- Promote and upsell company services to new and existing customers
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English
- 1 2 years of experience in PRO / typing center / government clearing
- Fast and accurate typing in Arabic and English
- Sales or customer service experience is a strong advantage

About the Role
- CSF is looking for a dynamic and customer focused PRO & Sales Associate to join their typing center team in Dubai.
- This dual role involves processing government documents and engaging with clients to drive sales growth.
- Immediate joiners only.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and type government applications, visas, labor contracts, and official correspondence.
- Coordinate with government departments (MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, etc.) for timely approvals.
- Review and verify documents for accuracy before submission.
- Stay up to date with changes in government policies and online portals.
- Maintain organized records of all transactions and submissions.
- Greet and assist walk in clients with their typing and government service needs.
- Promote and upsell company services to new and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide professional advice on services offered.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in Arabic and proficient in English.
- Fast and accurate typing in Arabic and English.
- 1–2 years in PRO / typing center / government clearing mandatory.
- Sales or customer service experience is a strong advantage.
