NECSWS is looking for a Senior Test Analyst with 5-8 years of experience in testing web/desktop/mobile applications. The role involves designing and implementing test plans, developing automated testing frameworks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements
- Develop automated testing frameworks and scripts to validate software functionality and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality and team efficiency
- Provide detailed documentation of testing processes, results, and test coverage metrics
- Oversee test architecture, ensuring scalability and maintainability of automation solutions
- Promote shift-left testing practices and support developers in embedding quality
- Designing and executing automated tests on the latest revisions of the software
- Interpreting requirements from existing manual test cases and specification documents
- Liaising with Testers and / or Business Analysts to understand the requirements
- Liaising with the product and development teams to ensure that our backlog is up to date
- Providing estimates regarding the test effort required to complete work
