Role Overview
The Business Analyst role focuses primarily on systems analysis and functional specification or user story preparation.
The role contributes to system testing and provides analysis and support throughout the full development lifecycle.
The position supports large-scale applications for the Public Safety market and works with onshore and offshore teams.
Workplace and Schedule
- The role is hybrid, with 12 days working from the office.
- The stated location is Worli, Mumbai.
Key Accountabilities
- Act as the primary contact and source of knowledge for offshore development and test teams on business functionality.
- Analyse customer requirements and create functional specifications or user stories for development and testing.
- Link offshore development and test teams with onshore teams on business requirements and functionality.
- Work with Product Owners, Product Managers, and onshore Business Analysts to validate delivered functionality.
- Collaborate with QA to ensure solutions are adequately tested and meet business requirements.
- Respond to development team queries about product functionality and assist with feature prioritisation.
