- Kaizen Asset Management Services is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Tenant Relations Officer to join our growing team in Dubai.
- This role is pivotal in managing tenant relationships, ensuring their concerns are addressed efficiently, and enhancing overall tenant satisfaction.
- The Senior Tenant Relations Officer will act as a key point of contact for tenants, lead initiatives to improve tenant engagement, and work closely with property management teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Key Responsibilities* Serve as the primary contact for tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants to promote satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with maintenance, leasing, and other departments to address tenant needs and resolve issues swiftly.
- Assist in the onboarding of new tenants and the smooth transition of move-outs.
- Monitor tenant feedback and implement strategies to enhance tenant experience.
- Prepare regular reports on tenant relations metrics and recommend improvements.
- Mentor and support junior tenant relations staff and assist in training where needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in tenant relations or property management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to resolve conflicts and manage escalations professionally.
- Experienced in using property management software and CRM tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail.
