Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all Oracle HCM Application
- Translate business requirements into solutions, prepare technical specifications, code, test, debug and document software programs
- Provide technical and functional support for Oracle EBS 12.2.8
- Create FSG, XML and Discoverer reports, Forms, OAF pages, alerts and workflow development and maintenance
- Develop scripts and queries using PLSQL
- Handle data conversion, data migration, report generation and developing interfaces
- Manage all issues as per agreed SLA or Secondment Contract
- Report performance of the Outsourcing Team and update
Requirements
- 5 10 years of experience in Oracle HCM
- Very good Functional & Technical experience in Oracle Core HR, SSHR, Payroll, Absence, Time & Labour, Talent Management, Benefits and Compensation
- Experience in Implementing & Supporting Oracle HCM modules
- Proficient in PLSQL, Forms Personalization, OAF, XML and Discoverer reports
- Experience in client facing role and requirement gathering

Role Overview
- Responsible for managing and overseeing the all Oracle HCM Application.
- The HR Consultant Lead is responsible for all HR related issues, enhancements, Changes and Support.
- The resource will be responsible for translating business requirements into solutions, preparing technical specifications, coding, testing, debugging and documenting software programs of varying complexity following the predefined standards and best practices.
Description
- An understanding of ERP functions and technology.
- Knowledge of the functional configuration of ERP.
- Knowing how to implement business requirements into ERP solutions.
- Expected to have very good Functional & Technical experience in Oracle Core HR, SSHR, Payroll, Absence, Time & Labour, Talent Management, Benefits and Compensation.
- Should have experience in Implementing & Supporting Oracle HCM modules Core HR, SSHR, Payroll, Absence, Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits.
- Should have exp. in client facing role and must have worked on Req. Gathering, Product Workshop & Demo, CRP, UAT.
- Should have excellent Documentation, Presentation, Customer handling, problem solving, solution.
- Document code consistently throughout the development and/or enhancement process.
- Maintain extensive documentation for the project.
- Design solutions based upon business requirements and user specification.
- Review technical solutions.
- Interface at an intermediate level with Business User during the design, development and testing processes.
Managerial Responsibilities
- Manage all the issues as per the agreed SLA or Secondment Contract.
- Report the performance of the Outsourcing Team and update.
Modules
- The incumbent shall be responsible for all Oracle ERP modules implemented in company.
