- Lead end to end implementation of ITSM and ITAM solutions from requirements gathering to post implementation support
- Architect scalable and resilient ITSM and ITAM architectures for QNB Bank
- Customise and configure ITSM and ITAM platforms to align with best practices and client requirements
- Integrate ITSM and ITAM solutions with existing IT infrastructure ensuring interoperability and data integrity
- Define and enforce ITIL based processes for incident, change, asset, service catalogue management, problem, knowledge
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in ITSM and ITAM practices using automation and analytics
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to address complex IT challenges and drive strategic initiatives
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in ITSM, ITAM, and related domains
Requirements
- Experience in IT Service and Asset Management (ITSM/ITAM) solutions
- Expertise in platforms such as Ivanti Service Manager
- Experience leading end to end implementation of ITSM and ITAM solutions
- Ability to architect scalable and resilient ITSM and ITAM architectures
- Experience customising and configuring ITSM and ITAM platforms
- Knowledge of ITIL based processes for incident, change, asset, service catalogue management, problem, knowledge
- Strong presentation, communication, interpersonal, problem solving, and time management skills

- Seek an experienced IT Service and Asset Management (ITSM/ITAM) Solutions Consultant to lead design, implementation, and optimisation of ITSM and ITAM solutions.
