Functional Responsibilities
- Lead requirements-gathering workshops with business stakeholders and banking SMEs.
- Analyze business requirements and map them to core banking product capabilities.
- Configure solutions across loans and deposits, Islamic financing, foreign exchange, and CASA.
- Prepare BRDs, gap analyses, and solution design documents.
- Conduct demonstrations, user training, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
- Support UAT and coordinate issue resolution with business teams.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, operational policies, and risk requirements.
- Apply knowledge of integration technology stacks and microservices architecture.
Technical Responsibilities
- Design and review FLEXCUBE customizations, extensions, and integrations.
- Collaborate with development teams on PL/SQL, batch processing, reports, and customization frameworks.
- Perform impact assessments for change requests and enhancements.
- Support data migration strategy, reconciliation, and cutover activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis.
- Review technical designs for Oracle FLEXCUBE best-practice adherence.
- Apply experience implementing core banking solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with FLEXCUBE Core Banking.
- Experience with CASA, loans and deposits, limits and collateral management, and core modules.
- Experience with accounting and GL integration and EOD/BOD processing.
- Oracle PL/SQL expertise.
- Data migration and reconciliation experience.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking.
- Hands-on experience with CASA, loans and deposits, limits and collateral management, core modules, accounting and GL integration, and EOD/BOD processing.
- Experience implementing core banking solutions.
- Experience with Oracle PL/SQL development.
- Experience with data migration and reconciliation.
- Knowledge of integration technology stacks and microservices architecture.
