Senior Technical Project Manager

Role Overview

Agile Delivery Responsibilities

• Lead Agile program management and align delivery with business goals and product strategy.
• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Define and prioritize product backlogs with product owners and engineering teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, blockers, and project issues.
• Implement Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and other appropriate delivery practices.
• Track Agile metrics including velocity, cycle time, and team performance.
• Coach Agile teams and support Agile adoption and maturity with senior leadership.
• Coordinate cross-team delivery of high-quality, customer-centric digital products.

Project Accountabilities

• Confirm project scope with the customer and ensure required project information is received.
• Establish scope, schedules, resources, communication requirements, stakeholders, and risk management plans.
• Direct project work, manage priorities and delivery checkpoints, and ensure quality of deliverables.
