Role Overview

Desired Skills and Experience

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile delivery practices.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git repositories, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management.
• Knowledge of branching, merging, source control governance, and deployment strategies.
• Experience documenting current-state and future-state application delivery processes.
• Ability to analyze technical workflows and identify modernization opportunities without altering business functionality.
• Familiarity with cloud migration projects and application lifecycle modernization.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills across technical and business teams.
• Experience supporting quality assurance, performance validation, and production readiness activities.

Primary Focus Areas

• Modernize build, test, and release processes.
• Support CI/CD pipeline design and deployment readiness.
• Support branching strategy, repository governance, and development lifecycle standards.
• Plan functional validation and regression activities.
• Conduct application performance and operational readiness reviews.
• Coordinate developers, testers, cloud teams, and product stakeholders.
• Document deployment, support, and operational procedures.

Compensation

• The stated pay range is CAD 140,000 to CAD 180,000.
• The actual range may differ based on location and the specific skills required.
