Senior Technical Project Manager

Lead Agile program management efforts, ensuring alignment with business goals and product strategy.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to drive team collaboration and efficiency.

Work closely with product owners and engineering teams to define and prioritize product backlogs.

Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers to ensure smooth program execution.

Implement Agile best practices and frameworks, such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, to optimize delivery processes.

Track and report key Agile metrics, such as velocity, cycle time, and team performance, to drive continuous improvement.

Collaborate with senior leadership to drive Agile adoption and maturity across the organization.

Coach and mentor Agile teams to enhance their Agile mindset and execution capabilities.

Ensure cross-team coordination and alignment to deliver high-quality, customer-centric digital products.

Drive a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within Agile teams.

Experience in digital product management and Agile delivery in a consulting environment.

Experience in a regulated industry, preferably utilities and specifically electricity transmission development, would be considered an asset

Strong understanding of customer experience, design thinking, and Lean product development.

Ability to drive business value through Agile execution and product innovation.

Experience in leading Agile teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay Range: $130,000 - $160,000

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
