Key Responsibilities

• Track scope, deliverables, dependencies, schedules, and RAID items across automation packages.
• Coordinate vendor and internal engineering inputs and prepare program status reports and dashboards.
• Plan design reviews, FAT, SAT, and other engineering milestones.
• Support technical scope changes, impact assessments, documentation, and governance records.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, delivery, client, and vendor technical stakeholders.
• Track supplier material delivery, program milestones, risks, assumptions, dependencies, and exclusions.
• Hold technical meetings with client engineering teams to align on recommended changes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• 10 or more years of technical program or project management experience in industrial automation, manufacturing, or systems integration.
• Experience implementing full dark factories or multiple automation lines, including painting, assembly, machining, or packaging.
• Strong understanding of the engineering delivery lifecycle from design through commissioning.
• Experience coordinating multi-vendor technical deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in robotics, control systems, or mechanics is preferred.
• Experience in defense, aerospace, or regulated manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with MES or digital manufacturing platforms is preferred.
• Experience supporting FAT/SAT coordination on large capital projects is preferred.
