About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate supplier and vendor pricing, payment terms, incoterms, warranties, and penalties.
• Track open commercial and legal contract points and drive them to closure with Legal and suppliers.
• Align vendor contract terms with client obligations, including acceptance, force majeure, and payment timing.
• Track program payment schedules, invoicing, supplier payments, billing milestones, and financial discrepancies.
• Maintain consolidated financial tracking for client billing, supplier obligations, and retained or withheld amounts.
• Advise on UAE customs, import/export documentation, and incoterm selection for cross-border shipments.
• Screen vendor and shipment terms for sanctions and export-control restrictions.
• Support Legal and Finance with commercial context and surface delivery or contract risks.
• Lead procurement activities from supplier sourcing through contract award.
• Monitor program ROI, financial performance, and budget allocation across vendor contracts.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Law, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 10+ years of combined procurement, commercial contract management, and financial control experience, ideally in industrial or manufacturing projects.
• Experience negotiating vendor and supplier contracts covering pricing, incoterms, payment terms, and warranties.
• Working knowledge of UAE customs procedures and cross-border import/export documentation.
• Experience tracking milestone-based payment schedules and reconciling client and supplier financial positions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior exposure to UAE export controls or sanctions screening, particularly in defense or dual-use goods contexts.
• Experience in defense, aerospace, or other regulated or high-security manufacturing environments.
• Experience working alongside Legal and Finance without owning either function.
• Arabic language skills.
