Role Overview

The partner is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for a fast-moving product and engineering organization building AI-powered technology.

The role owns program structure, workback plans, dependency management, operating cadences, and delivery visibility across technical programs.

The position combines program management discipline with technical fluency in architecture, APIs, integrations, and engineering trade-offs.

Accountabilities

  • Establish operating cadences and ensure important decisions are made, documented, and communicated.
  • Own workback plans and dependency maps for releases, integrations, migrations, and cross-team engineering initiatives.
  • Maintain project tracking, program health views, production issue visibility, and weekly written status updates.
  • Identify risks, challenge unrealistic assumptions, and enforce readiness gates before external commitments.
  • Lead complex programs across scope, sequencing, delivery, trade-offs, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
  • Coordinate incident and client-interruption responses while avoiding unnecessary disruption to engineering teams.
  • Support OKR tracking and contribute to TPM documentation, templates, cadences, and operating norms.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of Technical Program Management experience is required.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-team programs with dependencies and external deadlines is required.
  • Strong technical fluency in system architecture, APIs, integration design, technical dependencies, and platform trade-offs is required.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, prioritization, escalation, and risk-management skills are required.
  • A proactive approach to resolving blockers and coordinating teams is required.
  • AI/ML, platform infrastructure, developer tooling, engineering, or scale-up experience is advantageous.
  • Candidates must work effectively across EMEA time zones with regular collaboration with London colleagues.

Benefits

  • The package includes 25 days of paid time off plus public holidays.
  • Benefits include health insurance, private medical coverage, and a monthly wellness and learning stipend.
  • Enhanced parental leave and access to a London office are provided.
  • Working hours are flexible.

Workplace

  • This is a fully remote position for candidates working from their home country within EMEA.
  • The role includes regular collaboration and time overlap with a London-based hub.
