Role overview

This is a senior delivery leadership role responsible for execution, quality, and outcomes across one or more client engagements.

The role combines technical delivery ownership, project management, commercial awareness, and people leadership.

The position is fully remote and full-time for an experienced technology delivery leader.

The role includes identifying innovation opportunities and relevant AI use cases aligned with business value.

Accountabilities

Own end-to-end delivery across assigned client engagements, including planning, execution cadence, scope, quality, dependencies, and on-time outcomes.
Lead sprint planning, backlog management, execution tracking, releases, forecasts, risks, and dependencies.
Translate client business problems into technical direction and maintain alignment with expected outcomes.
Manage resource allocation, capacity planning, delivery governance, KPIs, reporting, and accountability.
Monitor delivery economics, utilization, scope, margin, and account-health signals.
Coach delivery team members or team leads and support performance, compensation, growth, and organizational decisions.
Lead client conversations, product demonstrations, escalations, and expectation-setting.
Collaborate with Customer Success, Solution Architects, QA, DevOps, and shared technical services.
Contribute to account strategy through risk identification, innovation initiatives, and potential AI use cases.

Requirements

Bring 8+ years of experience in software delivery environments with significant delivery execution and technical team leadership responsibility.
Understand modern software development practices, system design principles, and architectural patterns.
Have hands-on experience delivering projects in Agile environments such as Scrum, Kanban, or similar methodologies.
Be familiar with at least one major cloud platform, modern DevOps practices, and CI/CD concepts.
Manage delivery planning, execution, dependencies, and risks across multiple concurrent engagements.
Use delivery and project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent platforms.
Have experience leading, coaching, and developing technical teams and contributing to performance decisions.
Communicate effectively with clients, Customer Success, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
Experience in Data and Analytics, consulting, professional services, SaaS, distributed teams, or relevant certifications is advantageous or desirable.
