Senior Technical Program Management

Lead tenant onboarding programs across multiple engineering teams, managing program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery outcomes. Define and execute program strategies by translating business and technical objectives into structured plans, success criteria, ownership models, and delivery roadmaps. Manage program risks, dependencies, issues, and escalations, balancing business requirements and technical considerations to support delivery objectives. Establish and maintain program operating rhythms, including status reporting, milestone reviews, dependency management, risk tracking, and stakeholder communications. Communicate program status, decisions, risks, and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior stakeholders Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
