How you’ll make a difference
- Work on Defence, transport and EDQ projects across Queensland, delivering civil infrastructure and industrial developments using 12d and AutoCAD.
- Coordinate designs with internal stakeholders from multiple engineering disciplines on multidisciplinary projects.
- Provide design and drafting advice and mentoring to junior team members.
- Access opportunities to upskill and professionally develop through AECOM University and other platforms.
The qualities that help you thrive
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in civil infrastructure developments, including Defence projects.
- Strong proficiency in 12d and AutoCAD.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver multidisciplinary projects.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, commercial acumen, and client relationship-building ability.
Work arrangements
- Flexible work arrangements include alternative start and finish times, part-time, job-sharing and hybrid work options.
- Newly hired employees must attend in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location.
