Collaborate with system and hardware teams for end-to-end integration.

Lead verification and validation (V&V) strategy and execution.

Ensure compliance with: Requirements-based testing Structural coverage (Statement, Decision, MC/DC) Verification independence

Proven experience in mentoring, coaching, and leading embedded software teams.

Demonstrated ability to build teams from scratch or scale existing teams.

Strong hands-on experience with DO-178C, preferably DAL A or DAL B.

15+ years of experience in avionics or safety-critical embedded software.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant engineering discipline.
