- Perform deep dive review of IFC drawings and contract documents to ensure technical feasibility
- Identify discrepancies and prepare formal RFIs to seek clarification
- Review and approve coordinated shop drawings across various disciplines
- Prepare and maintain E1 (Shop Drawings) and E2 (Materials) logs and schedules
- Ensure technical submittals are synchronized with the project's baseline program
- Monitor and follow up on submission dates with subcontractors
- Lead coordination between Civil and MEP technical teams to ensure zero clashes
- Conduct daily follow ups with Consultant and internal technical teams
- Provide Technical Manager with daily updates on activities, progress, and bottlenecks
- Act as primary point of contact for resolving complex site issues and technical hurdles
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 7 10 years of experience in technical engineering roles within the construction industry
- Expert knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and Microsoft Office/Project
- Strong analytical thinking, leadership presence, and ability to negotiate with consultants and subcontractors

- Perform a deep dive review of IFC drawings and contract documents to ensure technical feasibility.
- Identify discrepancies or contradictions within contract documents and prepare formal RFIs to seek clarification.
- Review and approve all types of coordinated shop drawings across various disciplines to ensure they are ready for site execution.
- Prepare and maintain E1 (Shop Drawings) and E2 (Materials) logs and schedules.
- Ensure all technical submittals are synchronized with the project’s baseline program to avoid delays.
- Monitor and follow up on submission dates with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of technical data.
- Lead the coordination between Civil and MEP technical teams to ensure zero clashes during installation.
- Conduct daily follow ups with the Consultant and internal technical teams to keep the project moving.
- Provide the Technical Manager with daily updates on activities, progress, and potential bottlenecks.
- Act as the primary point of contact for resolving complex site issues and technical hurdles as they arise.
- Ensure smooth handovers and interface management between all engineering disciplines on site.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in technical engineering roles within the construction industry.
- Expert knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and Microsoft Office/Project.
- Strong analytical thinking, leadership presence, and the ability to negotiate with consultants and subcontractors.
