About The Role

Responsibilities

• **Master Schedule Development:**
• Create and maintain the Baseline Schedule using Primavera P6 or MS Project, focusing on the cyclic nature of high-rise construction (e.g., floor-to-floor cycle times).
• **Vertical Logistics Planning:**
• Coordinate the "vertical factory" flow—optimizing the use of tower cranes, hoists, and concrete pumps to prevent bottlenecks.
• **Civil Sequence Optimization:**
• Manage the transition from deep foundations and basements to the typical floor cycles, ensuring formwork systems (slipform or jumpform) are utilized to their maximum potential.
• **Progress Monitoring & Reporting:**
• Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) to track performance.
• Prepare "S-Curves" and Manpower Histograms.
• Analyze Productivity Rates for rebar fixing, shuttering, and concrete pouring.
• **Delay Analysis & Mitigation:**
• Identify potential delays early.
• Develop "Catch-up" plans and perform Forensic Delay Analysis if Extension of Time (EOT) claims are required.
• **Subcontractor Coordination:**
• Align the schedules of MEP and finishing subcontractors with the main civil structural milestones to avoid "stand-by" time.

Qualifications

• Expert level in Primavera P6 (Standard for High-Rise) and MS Project.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 15+ years in civil planning, with at least 10 years specifically on Towers/High-Rise (G+40 minimum).
• Deep understanding of Cycle Time Analysis and Line of Balance (LOB) scheduling.

Required Skills

• Expert level in Primavera P6 (Standard for High-Rise) and MS Project.
• Deep understanding of Cycle Time Analysis and Line of Balance (LOB) scheduling.

Preferred Skills

• 15+ years Managerial level in civil planning, with at least 10 years specifically on Towers/High-Rise (G+40 minimum).
