- Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and UAE regulations
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools)
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast paced environment

Job Description
- The Senior Technical Coordinator – Architecture will be responsible for managing and coordinating all architectural technical aspects of luxury villas and residential property projects.
- This role requires a detail oriented professional who can bridge design intent with execution, ensure compliance with codes and standards, and facilitate seamless coordination between design, engineering, and construction teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate architectural design and technical documentation across projects.
- Review and validate drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for compliance.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support during construction phases.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of design changes and approvals.
- Drive process improvements and ensure efficient design coordination workflows.
Qualifications
