About the Role

  • We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Consultant – ServiceNow Business Continuity Management (BCM) to join our team in Riyadh.
  • The ideal candidate will lead the technical design, configuration, development, and implementation of ServiceNow BCM solutions while ensuring scalability, performance, security, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
  • This role requires strong expertise in ServiceNow IRM/GRC, BCM, platform architecture, integrations, workflow automation, and technical leadership, with experience delivering enterprise or government implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Architecture & Design: Translate business and functional BCM requirements into scalable technical solutions; design and implement ServiceNow BCM solutions following platform best practices.
  • Lead technical solution design for: Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Business Continuity Plans (BCP), Crisis Management, Recovery Management, Testing & Exercise Management, Operational Resilience.
  • Configuration & Development: Configure and customize ServiceNow BCM modules; develop and maintain Flow Designer workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Notifications, Catalog Items.
  • Develop custom solutions where business requirements cannot be met using out of the box capabilities.
  • Integrations: Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server; integrate ServiceNow BCM with CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, third party risk management solutions, disaster recovery and monitoring platforms.
  • Platform Administration & Performance: Support platform administration, configuration, and environment management; perform platform performance tuning and optimization; implement secure platform configurations.
  • Technical Leadership: Review solution designs and code quality; mentor technical consultants and development teams; ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards and governance.
  • Testing & Deployment: Lead unit testing and system integration testing; support UAT and production deployments; assist with cutover planning, go live activities, and post production hypercare; resolve technical issues and provide ongoing platform support.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 7+ Years.
  • Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Onsite).
  • Contract Duration: 4 Months.
