Oracle SCM Functional Consultant

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:-

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle SCM functional solutions.- Configure, implement, and support Oracle SCM modules based on business needs.
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops and prepare functional design documents.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend best practices aligned with Oracle standards.- Support end-to-end implementation activities, including setup, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, workflows, and customizations.- Prepare test scenarios, execute UAT, and support issue resolution.- Conduct user training sessions and create functional documentation.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot functional issues.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.
• Required Skills & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, - Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.- 7+ years of experience as an Oracle SCM Functional Consultant.- Strong experience in Oracle SCM modules such as:- Procurement- Inventory Management- Order Management- Purchasing- Product Information Management (PIM)- Cost Management- Logistics/Supply Chain Planning (preferred)- Experience in at least 2–3 full lifecycle Oracle SCM implementations.- Strong knowledge of business processes related to procurement, inventory, warehousing, and supply chain operations.- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and user training.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to work effectively in a client-facing environment.Preferred Qualifications- Experience with Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud.- Oracle certifications in SCM modules.- Experience working on large-scale enterprise implementations.
