Senior Technical Consultant, HRSD / GBS ServiceNow - (Global role)

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD / Global Business Services (GBS) Technical Consultant to join our global ServiceNow practice. This is a strategic, customer-facing role focused on designing and delivering enterprise-scale HRSD solutions, AI-powered employee experiences, intelligent workflows, and shared-service transformation initiatives for global organizations.

Working closely with CTO leadership, Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, and global delivery teams, you will help shape next-generation ServiceNow offerings while driving complex digital transformation programs across multiple geographies.

Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow HRSD solutions from design through deployment and support.

Configure and implement HRSD capabilities including:

HR Case & Knowledge Management

Employee Center / Employee Center Pro

Enterprise Onboarding & Transitions

Lifecycle Events

Universal Request

Virtual Agent

Design scalable employee journeys and shared-service workflows supporting global operations.

Develop integrations with HRIS, payroll, identity, document management, and enterprise platforms.

Collaborate with HR, GBS, legal, privacy, compliance, security, and executive stakeholders.

Provide technical design guidance, solution governance, best practices, and architectural recommendations.

Drive automation, AI-enabled experiences, reusable accelerators, and continuous platform innovation.

Mentor technical teams and support pre-sales, solution shaping, and customer workshops.

Current ServiceNow HRSD certification (CIS-HR or equivalent).

Certified Application Developer (CAD) or equivalent development expertise.

8+ years of enterprise application or HR technology experience.

5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience.

3+ years of direct ServiceNow HRSD implementation experience.

Proven delivery of multiple enterprise-scale HRSD implementations.

Strong experience with:

Flow Designer

IntegrationHub

JavaScript & Glide APIs

REST/SOAP Integrations

Import Sets & Transform Maps

Security, Access Controls, and Data Privacy

Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Prior consulting experience in complex enterprise environments.

ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).

Additional ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, IntegrationHub, ITSM, CSM).

Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or other HR platforms.

Exposure to Global Business Services (GBS) and shared-service transformations.

Experience working within large multinational and regulated organizations.

Work on global transformation programs and strategic ServiceNow initiatives.

Partner closely with senior leadership and CTO-led innovation teams.

Deliver AI-powered employee experience solutions for enterprise customers worldwide.
