About the Role
Emirates Flight Catering is looking for a Senior Team Member for Employee Facilities Services (EFS) to support uniform counter operations, accommodations, and employee services. The role involves coordinating with stakeholders, guiding teams, and ensuring service delivery.

- Conduct daily checks on uniform counter facility, missing & damaged uniforms from supplier and laundry.
- Support the Team Leader in managing daily routine activities in accommodations and counter operations.
- Assist in induction of new recruits in company accommodation by briefing new staff.
- Guide the team to ensure good storage and labelling practices, work order handling, housekeeping.
- Provide daily reports on uniform issuance, new joiner uniforms, and uniform issuance preparation.
- Escalate employee concerns to Uniform Supervisor and ensure they are addressed.
Requirements
- Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent
- At least three years of experience in administrative and employee services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Basic MS Computer skills

Responsibilities
- Conduct daily checks on uniform counter facility, missing & damaged uniforms from supplier and laundry, support the team leader to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure on time service delivery.
- Support the Team Leader in managing daily routine activities in the accommodations and counter operations to ensure business continuity.
- Assist in the induction of new recruits in the company accommodation by briefing new staff and provide them with information on staff transportation schedules and housing facilities and services.
- Guide the team to ensure good storage and labelling practices, work order handling, housekeeping, report irregularities and handle employee complaints.
- Support the Team Leader and Supervisors by providing daily reports on uniform issuance, new joiner uniforms, and uniform issuance preparation to ensure service levels are maintained.
- Recommend efficient processes to the Team leader or Supervisor to bring in efficiency in resource utilisation and avoid wastage.
- Escalate employee concerns/ issues to the Uniform Supervisor and ensure they are addressed as per the target timelines to ensure comfort of residents.
- Apply the Quality Policy and Quality System established in accordance with ISO 9001: 2000 international standards and execute his/her responsibilities according to the department work procedures while reflecting EKFC Quality Policy.
Qualifications
- Education Qualification: Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Work Experience: Should have at least three year’s experience in administrative and employee services.
Skills
- Able to work under time related pressure so as to meet all internal customer expectations and requirement
- Able to demonstrate knowledge of employee facilities & services specifically employee facilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Arabic would be an advantage
- Effective negotiation and team management skills
- Must have basic MS Computer skills
