- 3 6 years of relevant recruitment experience
- Experience recruiting in Middle East, Caspian, and North Africa regions
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
- Project management mindset
- Available for full 6 months

Skills & Qualifications
- A Bachelors degree in Human resources or similar.
- At least 3 6 years of relevant experience recruiting in a similar industry.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting in the Middle East, Caspian and North Africa regions.
- Technical hiring understanding.
- Energy market knowledge.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes.
- A project management mindset.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
- Be available for Full 6 months.
