About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding
- Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates across technical and non technical functions
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean searches, social media, referrals, and networking
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, and offer management
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies
- Conduct competitor mapping and talent market research
- Track recruitment KPIs including time to fill, submission ratio, interview ratio, offer acceptance, and joining ratio
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
- Experience in corporate, RPO, consultancy, or staffing environments
- Proven experience recruiting across multiple functions and seniority levels

- Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and talent availability insights.
- Act as a trusted advisor on recruitment best practices and hiring trends.
- Ensure timely communication and updates to all stakeholders.
- Conduct competitor mapping and talent market research.
- Identify and engage passive candidates through headhunting and executive search techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certifications are an advantage.
- 5–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Experience in corporate, RPO, consultancy, or staffing environments.
- Proven experience recruiting across multiple functions and seniority levels.
- Experience hiring for GCC or international markets is an advantage.
