Position Overview

  • Seeking a dynamic, strategic, and hands on Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist / Team Lead to oversee end to end recruitment operations.
  • Lead the talent acquisition team, optimize hiring workflows, and drive sourcing strategies to attract top tier professionals.
  • Must possess deep expertise in UAE healthcare recruitment and licensing compliance frameworks of DOH, DHA, and MOHAP.

Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead, mentor, and elevate the performance of the recruitment team, ensuring targets and KPIs are consistently met.
  • Design, implement, and refine robust end to end recruitment workflows using automation tools like Power Automate and advanced ATS systems.
  • Partner closely with executive leadership, department heads, and operational managers to understand manpower requirements and deliver data driven market insights.

Key Responsibilities Healthcare Compliance & Licensing

  • Act as subject matter expert on UAE healthcare regulations, verifying compliance for DOH, DHA, and MOHAP.
  • Oversee primary source verification (Dataflow) process, exam bookings, and successful conversion or transfer of professional licenses.
  • Ensure strict adherence to local labor laws and health authority guidelines to mitigate compliance risks.

Key Responsibilities Sourcing & Talent Pipeline

  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search, X ray logic, and professional networking platforms.
  • Coordinate and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, licensing consultancies, and universities.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, employment expos, and open days to position the company as an employer of choice.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 5 7 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior supervisory capacity.
  • Proven track record in healthcare recruitment within the UAE is mandatory.
  • Thorough, up to date knowledge of DOH, DHA, and MOHAP licensing regulations.
  • Advanced experience with ATS, CRM tools, and HR automation workflows.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and English communication skills.
  • Ability to track, analyze, and present recruitment metrics to senior leadership.
