We are currently recruiting a qualified and experienced Paramedic to join our emergency medical services team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
License Requirement
Valid DOH (Department of Health – Abu Dhabi) License as a Paramedic
Role Summary
- The Paramedic will be responsible for delivering high-quality pre-hospital emergency care, ensuring timely and effective medical intervention, and safe patient transportation in accordance with established clinical protocols and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to emergency medical calls and provide advanced pre-hospital care
- Conduct accurate patient assessment and initiate appropriate treatment protocols
- Perform life-saving procedures in line with DOH guidelines and clinical best practices
- Ensure safe and efficient patient transfer to healthcare facilities
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation and incident reports
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare and emergency response teams
Requirements
- Valid DOH license as a Paramedic (mandatory)
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Paramedicine, Emergency Medical Services, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in emergency medical services or ambulance operations
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and in high-acuity environments
- Flexibility to work in shift-based and emergency duty schedules
