Experience:
7+ years of experience in Software Testing with strong hands-on experience in banking or financial systems .
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead test planning, estimation, and strategy for complex systems.
- Design, implement, and execute manual and automated test cases (UI, API, E2E).
- Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, ensuring process compliance and quality standards.
- Execute performance and load testing using JMeter, LoadRunner , and manage service virtualization environments.
- Collaborate with development, business, and project teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Prepare detailed defect reports, test metrics, and quality dashboards .
- Participate in UAT support and coordinate with stakeholders for final sign-off.
