Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Systems Operations Engineer.

The role manages enterprise systems and infrastructure, improves operational efficiency, and supports high levels of system availability.

Manage installed systems and infrastructure within Systems Operations.
Improve system efficiency and reduce human intervention in operational tasks.
Analyze operational support systems, application software, and system management tools.
Work with vendors and technical personnel to resolve issues and maintain availability.
Lead technical deliverables while applying process controls and standards.
Use ServiceNow for problem and change management activities.
Manage virtual machines, templates, clones, snapshots, hosts, clusters, switches, and VMware infrastructure.
Perform VMware, NSX-V/NSX-T, PowerFlex, and vSAN installation, configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Manage storage, performance, capacity, HA, DRS, vMotion, and related infrastructure operations.
Automate daily activities using PowerCLI or Ansible and back up and restore VMware servers using VDP.
Resolve system problems, respond to business partner inquiries, and escalate concerns when needed.
Support system design, process improvements, root-cause analysis, projects, and 12-by-7 operations.
