Lead Systems Operations Engineer

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• Desired Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Management, Data Governance, Data Lake, Analytics, or related technology functions.
• Lead and execute WT transformation programs across mobility, endpoint lifecycle, and workplace technologies.
• Own end-to-end delivery including planning, execution, tracking, and reporting of initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, security, and business teams.
• Establish governance frameworks for program tracking, risk management, and reporting.
• Design and implement scalable, standardized, and automated processes across regions.
• Strong experience with SQL and large-scale data processing.
• Experience designing ETL/ELT pipelines and enterprise data models.
• Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, data quality, and data lifecycle management principles
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and distributed data processing frameworks.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Leverage data analytics, dashboards, and automation for decision-making and reporting
• Experience supporting operational reporting, controls, risk, or compliance functions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Job Expectations:
• Experience with enterprise data governance tools and metadata management platforms
• Knowledge of Workplace Technology domains such as Endpoint Management, Microsoft 365, OneDrive, Teams, Productivity Services, Mobility, Asset Management, AI Operations, or Collaboration Platforms.
• Experience with Python, Spark, Airflow, Databricks, Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Hadoop, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with data quality frameworks and control testing.
