Master Works is seeking an experienced Senior System & Infrastructure Engineer to manage, maintain, and optimize IT infrastructure.
The role focuses on secure, reliable, and high-performing systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain servers, systems, networks, and infrastructure environments.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity.
- Configure and troubleshoot Windows and Linux environments.
- Manage virtualization, cloud infrastructure, backups, and disaster recovery.
- Implement infrastructure security controls and best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex system and infrastructure issues.
- Support infrastructure projects, upgrades, and migrations.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
- Collaborate with IT, security, and application teams to ensure reliable services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in systems and infrastructure engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux administration and networking.
- Experience with virtualization and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Familiarity with backup, monitoring, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Knowledge of infrastructure security and IT best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
