Responsibilities
- Manage Windows and Linux server environments including installation, patching, hardening, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, file servers, user access controls, and privileged accounts
- Manage storage infrastructure including SAN/NAS, iSCSI, RAID, redundancy, performance monitoring, and backup integration
- Support backup, disaster recovery, and data protection activities
- Manage PKI and certificate services including internal certificates, OpenSSL, SSL renewal, RADIUS authentication
- Support enterprise Wi Fi infrastructure including WPA2/WPA3 Enterprise, RADIUS authentication, certificate based access
- Manage network infrastructure including switches, VLANs, trunk/access ports, STP/RSTP, loop prevention, redundant uplinks, firewall connectivity, VPN, and failover testing
- Monitor IT systems and respond to incidents, alerts, security issues, system failures, and performance problems
- Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, network diagrams, backup reports, restoration test evidence, and audit compliance records
Requirements
- Experience managing Windows and Linux server environments
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, file servers, user access controls
- Experience with storage infrastructure including SAN/NAS, iSCSI, RAID
- Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, and data protection
- Experience with PKI and certificate services
- Experience with enterprise Wi Fi infrastructure and RADIUS authentication
- Experience managing network infrastructure including switches, VLANs, VPN

- Supporting backup, disaster recovery, and data protection activities, including scheduled backups, EMR/database restoration testing, backup verification, and DR documentation.
- Managing PKI and certificate services, including internal certificates, OpenSSL certificate creation, SSL renewal, RADIUS authentication, and certificate lifecycle management.
- Supporting enterprise Wi Fi infrastructure, including WPA2/WPA3 Enterprise, RADIUS authentication, certificate based access, VLAN assignment, and secure wireless access controls.
- Managing network infrastructure including switches, VLANs, trunk/access ports, STP/RSTP, loop prevention, redundant uplinks, firewall connectivity, VPN, and failover testing.
- Monitoring IT systems and responding to incidents, alerts, security issues, system failures, and performance problems.
- Maintaining IT documentation, asset inventory, network diagrams, backup reports, restoration test evidence, and audit compliance records.
