Role Overview
Manage the IT infrastructure supporting CCAO operations, including servers, networks, operating systems, storage, and internal applications.
Maintain secure, available, and high-performing systems for citizen-facing and internal services.
Infrastructure Administration
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, operating systems, and data storage systems.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity and resolve issues proactively.
- Administer email, collaboration platforms, and internal applications used for case management and coordination.
Identity and Access
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and Active Directory or identity-management systems.
- Operate access management in line with government data governance and security policies.
Security and Compliance
- Implement and maintain firewalls, endpoint protection, backups, and patch-management controls.
- Follow applicable UAE government IT security standards, including NESA, Signature, or TDRA-aligned frameworks where applicable.
- Monitor for threats, vulnerabilities, and unauthorized access and respond to incidents.
