Role Overview
Deliver general procurement operations for goods and services in alignment with the centralized procurement strategy.
Work with business stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and meet team objectives.
Procurement Planning and Inventory
- Execute the annual general procurement plan within approved guidelines and timeframes.
- Assist with procurement planning for goods and materials required by client functions.
- Develop rolling item-specific forecasts to support repeat ordering and inventory management.
- Conduct inventory management and forecasting to maintain optimum stock levels.
Vendor and RFP Management
- Assist in selecting suitable vendors that provide quality and cost-efficient goods and services.
- Submit requests for proposals to vendors based on departmental and branch requirements.
- Administer the RFP process to ensure stakeholders and vendors follow proposed timelines.
- Complete vendor onboarding and registration in accordance with AML and compliance controls.
- Request vendor security clearance when appropriate.
