Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 /2025 environments.
Monitor server performance and health system.
Perform server patching, upgrades, and maintenance activities.

Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
Document infrastructure changes and operational procedures.
Provide periodic infrastructure health and performance reports.
Provides mortgage due diligence and property valuation services.
