About the Role
KEO International Consultants seeks a Senior Sustainability Engineer in Riyadh to lead green certification projects (LEED, Mostadam). The role involves delivering certification, technical workshops, and client advisory.

Responsibilities
- Organize and deliver sustainable real estate certification during conceptual design and delivery
- Deliver technical workshops and training courses on sustainability programs
- Maintain direct control of timelines and budgets for assigned projects
- Attend client meetings on behalf of the sustainability and environmental team
- Work directly on design and consultancy deliverables including technical reports and calculations
- Ensure compliance with green certification systems in Saudi Arabia
- Support/lead Carbon Credits services (subject to background)
- Ensure quality control, quality assurance, submittal protocols, and document flow procedures
- Lead technical discussions with clients and provide advice for compliance
Requirements
- 9 years' work experience
- Bachelor degree in Architectural or Engineering
- Knowledge of green certifications (LEED and Mostadam) and submission procedures
- Experience in auditing and reporting to clients and certification authorities
- Experience supporting/leading Carbon Credits services (preferred)
