- Allocate resources effectively to meet project milestones and quality benchmarks
- Oversee topographic, cadastral, geodetic, and construction staking surveys
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of survey data, maps, and reports submitted to project stakeholders
- Approve final survey deliverables and ensure alignment with design and construction needs
- Review and validate survey methodologies, equipment usage, and software
- Resolve complex surveying issues, including land boundary disputes or inconsistencies in topographic data
- Ensure all surveying work complies with local Saudi regulations, project specifications, and industry standards
- Maintain accurate records, including benchmarks, control points, and survey logs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Geomatics, Surveying Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in land and construction surveying
- At least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven experience working on large scale infrastructure or civil construction projects in the Middle East, preferably within Saudi Arabia
- Strong familiarity with Saudi Arabian municipal, regulatory, and environmental surveying requirements
- Advanced knowledge of surveying equipment, geospatial tools, and software
- Strong leadership and team development abilities
- Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and reporting skills

Job Purpose
- The Senior Survey Manager is responsible for leading and managing all surveying activities across multiple infrastructure and construction projects. This includes supervising survey teams, ensuring the accuracy of data collection, managing geospatial information, and ensuring that all surveying work
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of surveying strategies for large scale construction projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and contractors to define survey requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
- Develop standards and procedures for surveying activities across multiple project sites.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of surveyors, assistants, and technicians.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet project milestones and quality benchmarks.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics, Surveying Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., RICS, GISP, or Saudi Council of Engineers registration) are preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in land and construction surveying, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience working on large scale infrastructure or civil construction projects in the Middle East, preferably within Saudi Arabia.
- Strong familiarity with Saudi Arabian municipal, regulatory, and environmental surveying requirements.
