- Oversee the proper storage, handling, and distribution of critical parts
- Ensure daily inbound replenishments are received into DMS and vendor system within two hours
- Oversee accurate and timely processing of service orders
- Address and resolve issues related to service orders
- Track progress of service orders from initiation to completion
- Schedule and organize regular vendor audits
- Conduct thorough audits including site visits, document reviews, and performance evaluations
- Follow up on audit findings and work with vendors to implement corrective actions
- Monitor KPIs to ensure compliance (Inbound 99%, Outbound 98%, Ship Confirmation 98%, On Time 98%)
- Provide leadership to a team of logistics personnel
- Identify training needs and provide coaching and development opportunities
- Ensure all logistics activities comply with regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
- Extensive experience in logistics management with a track record of success
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking, analytical acumen, and problem solving skills
- Deep understanding of logistics processes, transportation modes, inventory management principles, and supply chain best practices
- Proficiency in logistics software and tools
- Certifications in logistics or supply chain management are highly desirable

Job Purpose
- The Logistics Supervisor for Critical Part Management ensures availability and efficient management of essential components for Pedigri's operations.
- Oversees the entire lifecycle of critical parts from PTI to Outbound processing, clearance instructions, vendor audits, KPI monitoring, team management, and service order management.
Role And Responsibilities
- Critical Part Management: Inventory Management Oversee storage, handling, and distribution of critical parts.
- Service Order Monitoring: Inbound processing within 2 hours; Outbound order verification within 15 minutes.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve service order issues including delays, discrepancies, and customer complaints.
- Progress Monitoring: Track service orders from initiation to completion.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of service orders.
- Vendor Audit Facilitation: Schedule and organize regular vendor audits.
- Audit Execution: Conduct site visits, document reviews, and performance evaluations.
- Corrective Actions: Follow up on audit findings and implement improvements.
- KPI Monitoring: Ensure compliance with Inbound (99%), Outbound (98%), Ship Confirmation (98%), On Time Performance (98%).
- Team Management: Provide leadership, training, and resource allocation.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
