- Monitor daily stock levels and update ERP records
- Conduct stock counts and ensure inventory accuracy
- Identify low stock and near expiry items
- Ensure compliance with FEFO/FIFO and storage standards
- Inspect deliveries against purchase orders and verify quantity, batch, and expiry dates
- Create GRNs in ERP on the same day
- Process material requests from end users and execute stock transfers via ERP
- Monitor stock against par levels and raise replenishment requests
- Prepare basic inventory reports and support audits
Requirements
- Experience in inventory management and supply chain operations
- Knowledge of ERP systems for inventory tracking
- Understanding of FEFO/FIFO principles
- Ability to conduct stock counts and ensure inventory accuracy
- Strong documentation and reporting skills

Job Summary
- Responsible for managing day to day inventory and supply chain operations, ensuring accurate stock records, timely replenishment, proper storage, and efficient distribution of materials.
- The role supports inventory accuracy, compliance, and uninterrupted supply across assigned healthcare facilities.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Monitor daily stock levels and update ERP records.
- Conduct stock counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Identify low stock and near expiry items.
- Ensure compliance with FEFO/FIFO and storage standards.
- Inspect deliveries against purchase orders; verify quantity, batch, and expiry dates.
- Reject non conforming items.
- Create GRNs in ERP on the same day.
- Store and label items correctly.
- Process material requests from end users.
- Execute stock transfers via ERP.
- Apply FEFO principles in all movements.
- Monitor stock against par levels and raise replenishment requests.
