Senior Supply Chain and Logistics Manager

Overview

Role Summary

• We are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Senior Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to take full ownership of our post-procurement execution; from supplier contract to final delivery.
• This is a critical role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, international environments and can seamlessly manage suppliers, logistics, and financial performance.
• Roles and Responsibilities
• Oversee end-to-end shipment execution from contract signing to delivery
• Ensure goods are produced, inspected, and shipped on time
• Manage supplier payments in line with agreed terms
• Coordinate quality checks and pre-loading inspections
• Arrange shipments (directly or via freight forwarders)
• Negotiate Freight Working Agreements (FWAs) and rates with freight forwarders
• Handle all shipping and export documentation
• Track shipments and resolve operational issues proactively
• Maintain operations trackers across all Pos
• Analyze and calculate P&L per shipment
• Prepare weekly reports on shipments and performance
• Collaborate closely with destination teams for smooth delivery

Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain or logistics operations, including demonstrated leadership responsibility
• Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management (at senior level)
• Strong knowledge of international shipping, freight forwarding, and trade documentation
• Experience managing supplier relationships and production timelines
• Solid financial acumen, including P&L tracking and cost analysis
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously

Educational Qualification

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field
• Experience in international trade and import/export operations
• Familiarity with ERP systems and logistics tracking tools
