Responsibilities
- Analyse supply chain data including inventory levels, shipping times, transportation costs, and delivery performance to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Monitor and track shipments end to end, proactively resolving delays or disruptions to ensure on time delivery
- Prepare regular logistics performance reports and dashboards for management and key stakeholders
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure smooth order execution
- Manage and maintain accurate logistics databases and records, including shipping documentation and inventory data
- Evaluate carriers and logistics service providers for cost, compliance, and service quality
- Support demand and supply planning by providing data driven forecasts and trend analysis
- Identify cost saving opportunities across transportation, warehousing, and procurement activities
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, customs requirements, and internal policies
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation projects within the supply chain function
Requirements
- 3 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain operations, or a related analytical role
- Proven track record of managing logistics processes including order fulfilment, freight coordination, and supplier management
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and logistics/TMS platforms
- Demonstrated ability to analyse large datasets and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Experience in international shipping, freight forwarding, or customs compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional certification such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent is advantageous
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modelling); Power BI or SQL a plus

About the Department
- The Supply Chain and Procurement Department is responsible for developing and executing the organisation’s supply chain strategy to ensure the secure, efficient, and cost effective flow of goods, services, and information.
Role Summary
