- Fabricate HVAC grills and diffusers according to design drawings and specifications
- Cut, bend, assemble, and finish material using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication machines
- Ensure correct dimensions, material thickness, and finish quality
- Lead and coordinate a team of aluminum fabricators and helpers
- Ensure fabrication matches technical drawings, dimensions, and project specifications
- Inspect finished aluminum components for accuracy, alignment, surface finish, and structural integrity
- Coordinate with project manager, engineer, and installation teams
- Maintain records of material usage, production progress, and labor hours
- Report production issues, delays, and resource requirements to production manager
Requirements
- Experience in HVAC fabrication and supervision
- Ability to read design drawings and specifications
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication machines
