Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Chef Production to manage daily kitchen operations, ensure consistent food quality, and lead the kitchen team in a high-volume meal production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage daily food production
- Ensure recipe consistency, portion control, and quality standards
- Maintain hygiene and food safety practices
- Supervise and train kitchen staff

Requirements
- Culinary Degree (Minimum 3 years)
- CDP level or higher experience
- Experience in high-volume kitchens (cloud kitchen, catering, or restaurant)
- Team leadership experience
