Senior Supervisor, Compensation Administration

You are technically capable. You have strong Access and Excel skills, experience working with data, reporting, and the ability to communicate detailed information clearly and effectively.

You bring strong operational experience in commission processing, payroll specialization, accounting operations, and complex reconciliations, supported by knowledge of Broadridge (ADP/PostEdge), General Ledger accounts (SAP), accounting practices, financial controls, and the brokerage and regulatory environment, with a strong focus on compliance, governance, and risk management.
