About the Role

Responsibilities
- Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure all requirements are included in pre qualification and tender documents
- Prepare and issue Request for Quotation to suppliers using SAP Ariba tool
- Complete bid summary and present recommendation to Project SCM Manager and Project Manager
- Perform commercial negotiation and ensure the best deal for Subsea 7
- Prepare Form of Agreement / Subcontract document and Supplier Commitment Approval
- Expedite PR and create PO in SAP and expedite approval
- Ensure Form of Agreement / Subcontract signature in DocuSign
- Update Project Procurement Plan and Budget basis
- Understand risks of PO and develop mitigation measures early
- Define convergence plan of PO and identify key gates and dates
- Organize necessary audits, KOM and PPMs
- Report to Project SCM Manager and act as focal point with Supplier for commercial and contractual matters
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering or Business) or qualified by experience
- Minimum of 12 years of Supply Chain Management Experience
- Aramco experience required for Survey, Pre commissioning, and other Misc Subcontracts
- Good knowledge of the offshore industry and its specificities
- Good communication skills and works well with others

What will you be doing?
- Manage procurement of complex 'engineered' materials and/or services as allocated by the Project SCM Manager.
Key Responsibilities Pre Award
- Coordinates with other disciplines (Engineering, QA, QC & HSE) to ensure all requirements are included in pre qualification and tender documents.
- Prepares and issues the Request for Quotation to the suppliers of the Bidders list using SAP Ariba tool.
- Coordinates with other disciplines to ensure review and clarification of all bids.
- Accountable for completing the bid summary and presenting a recommendation to the Project SCM Manager and the Project Manager.
- Performs commercial negotiation and ensures the best deal for Subsea 7.
Key Responsibilities Award Management
- Prepares the Form of Agreement / Subcontract document.
- Prepares the Supplier Commitment Approval (SCA/CBE) and the contractual deviation matrix for Management approval.
- Expedites the PR and Creates PO in SAP and expedites their approval.
- Ensures Form of Agreement / Subcontract signature in DocuSign.
- Update Project Procurement Plan and Budget basis.
Key Responsibilities Post Award Management
- Understands the requirements of the Project and how the PO integrates in the Project execution plan.
- Understands the risks of the PO and develops mitigation measures early.
- Defines the convergence plan of the PO and identifies key gates and dates.
- Organizes necessary audits, KOM and PPMs.
- Raises awareness of the Project Team on PO issues.
- Reports to the Project SCM Manager and is the focal point of contact with the Supplier.
- Liaises with the Package Manager to understand interfaces.
- Coordinates and liaises with other functions for final delivery.
- Works in collaboration with Technical Owner and Quality Owner.
What experience would we like you to have?
- Degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering or Business) or qualified by Experience.
- Minimum of 12 years of Supply Chain Management Experience.
- Aramco experience is required for Survey, Pre commissioning, and other Misc Subcontracts.
- Good knowledge of the offshore industry and its specificities.
- Demonstrate good communication skills and works well with others.
